It therefore reasonable focus on what happens teaching. quality interactions between students teachers affected by emotional states both parties. Positive emotions arising from an important factor high-quality experiences for Due enriching affirming effects teacher enthusiasm interactions, it investigate underlying processes. For reason, this research was designed collaborative processes enthusiasm. As a result research, concluded organizational values practices facilitate encourage information exchange increase In respect, investigating cooperation positively affect achievement school goals may be beneficial terms increasing effectiveness schools.
